Where are you located?

Our store is located at #208, 118 1st Avenue West in Cochrane.

Store hours are Monday - Friday from 12-5.

Local pickup is available, it is a shipping option at the checkout. All local pickup orders can be grabbed any time during store hours. You do not need to wait for us to email that your order is ready.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship all over Canada and the USA. For other countries please contact us for a quote. All parcel orders are sent with tracking unless otherwise requested. Lettermail shipping without tracking is available for Canadian customers ordering 1/2m or FH pieces only. 

Shipping within Alberta is a flat rate $13. Shipping within Canada is a flat rate $16.50. We ship via Canada Post.

Shipping to the USA will be calculated when your order is ready to ship. We ship via USPS using a mail forwarding service. As an estimate only based on CL fabric we can ship 1m for $5.50, up to 2.5m $9.70, up to 6m $15.60, up to 10m $21.65.

Can I combine preorder and retail to save on shipping?

Yes, we are able to hold retail while your preorder fabric is printing.

We also offer an add on period when your preorder is in transit to us. We will email you when your fabric is done printing to allow you to add on. Make sure to add barenecessitiesfabrics@gmail.com to your contact list to ensure your emails go to your inbox. Please make sure to join our Facebook group to see all updates regarding preorders and add ons.

 

Can you hold my retail order so I can add more fabric later?

Yes! We hold retail orders for up to 30 days. You can choose ‘CUBBY (DO NOT SHIP)’ at the checkout for any orders you’d like held and we will set them aside.

When you are ready to ship you can either place a final order with parcel shipping, or email us at barenecessitiesfabrics@gmail.com to be invoiced for shipping.

You can also join our email list (bottom of the homepage) to get email updates on new preorders, retail and sales.

 

Need to return your fabric?

All fabric must be unwashed/uncut to be eligible to return. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and refunds will be processed only once we have received the fabric back in hand.

Fabric purchased as flawed is not eligible to return/refund.

Fabric purchased as unflawed is eligible to return as long at it was not a custom order. All fabric returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your package (based on tracking dates). 

Please contact us at barenecessitiesfabrics@gmail.com to arrange the return of your fabric. For flaw issues on (supposed to be unflawed) fabric received we address each case individually.
